Military-Watchshop.com is an independently run watch based web site, dedicate to the buying, selling and trading of any and all issued military watches. Part of the Gold Arts and GA Jewellers and Pawnbrokers group of companies based in Sussex along the South Coast of England.
Gold Arts opened its first shop in 1979, and has since grown to five Gold Arts stores and four GA Jewellers and Pawnbrokers. Most recognized for their huge range of certificated diamonds, Gold Arts is fast becoming known for its expertise in pre-owned watches, with more watches being bought and traded everyday.
Managed by myself, Doug Newman Jnr. Since leaving college in 2009, I went straight into the family business. Carrying on with my then hobby of collecting watches, I went straight into working with Gold Arts at the Chichester store, which at the time stocked Omega, Tag Heuer, Bremont and several other prestigious watch brands. From then my interest in watches has snowballed. Originally only buying and selling vintage Omegas, I have since moved into other specific areas of the watch world, mainly military watches and including watch making and restoration.
Douglas Newman Jnr.
With an intense few years managing and overseeing the buying and selling of watches through Gold Arts and GA Jewellers and Pawnbrokers. I have developed a broad knowledge of all things watches in a very short period of time, always learning, I'm more than capable of helping with any of your watch inquiries.
